Exchange For Return

All full-price purchases are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. For hygienic reasons, underwear, bras, socks, beanies, hats, masks, and bandanas cannot be returned/exchanged.You can reach us via our contact page or direct email to start a return or exchange. Be sure to include your order number. 


We do not refund the original shipping or return shipping costs except for faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

Returns and Exchanges must arrive back to us in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition and must be returned with the original tags and in their original protective packaging. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed. Items that do not meet the above criteria or are damaged in transit may not be refunded.


A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your payment method, credit card companies may take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days for a refund to post to your bank account. We recommend contacting your credit card company if you feel there is an issue. I


Please allow up to 7 days to be processed for a refund from receipt at our facility.

The current average response time is 1 to 3 business days for a response to your inquiry. We are available Monday to Friday, 10 am-5 pm (PST).

Cancellations:

Please get in touch with us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order. If our warehouse team has not processed your order, we will try our best to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed.


Order Updates:

Because we are shipping our orders from three different warehouses, we cannot change the items in an order, remove items, or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed.
